Moroccan Spice Mix
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp ground Ginger
1 tsp ground Turmeric
3/4 tsp finely ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground Coriander
1/2 tsp ground Cayenne
1/4 tsp ground Cloves
1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
- Mix all the spices together in a small bowl using a teaspoon
- Rub liberally over poultry or beef before frying
- You should use about a tablespoon or so in a dish; keep the rest in a tightly sealed glass jar until further use
