Alida's Almond Biscuits
INGREDIENTS:
270 g flour
1 packet (114 g) fine almonds
80 ml caster sugar
230 g soft butter
Mix everything together
Roll mixture into balls and then into "worm" shapes (can keep it round) and form into a "c"
Put onto baking tray (lined with baking paper) and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
Sprinkle caster sugar over when you take them out of the oven
Enjoy!
