Lemon Pudding - Oxford '77

Outstanding!
- Beat together 1/2 cup sugar and 1 TBS butter
- Now add in this order:
- 2 TBS flour
- pinch salt
- rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup milk
- yolks of 2 eggs
- lastly stir in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- Bake in buttered dish, standing dish of hot water for about half an hour
- Seems strange mixture, but comes out with crust on top, and like lemon cheese underneath
