Margie's Homemade Yoghurt Ice Cream

This is my partner's Mom's recipe and absolutely divine! Quick and very easy to make. It is a small recipe, so, you might want to double it - this one only fills up a quarter space of a normal ice cream tub.


 

INGREDIENTS

250 ml cream

500 ml yoghurt of your choice

1 x 397gm tin condensed milk

10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice


METHOD

1. Half whip the cream and then add condensed milk in a stream while whipping with your electric blender.

2. Gently fold in yoghurt and lemon juice with a spatula. 

3. Freeze in air tight container.
