My Electrolyte Drink - for a hangover or stomach bug

 Drink before you go to bed! And make some more for the next morning! (hangover).

For tummy troubles, make enough to sip throughout the day and remember to avoid any dairy products till your tummy is settled. 

The key is the molasses! The magic ingredient. 


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups water

2 TBS freshly squeezed lemon juice / 1 tsp powdered Vit C (if you can find it)

1 TBS Molasses 

1/4 tsp fine Sea Salt / Himalayan Salt


METHOD:

Add all into a shaker and shake well. 

Drink. 

Sleep. 

Make more for the next day! ;-)

Keep in fridge until needed.
