Garlic & Butter Prawns for Two


800g prawns defrosted and cleaned
2 TBS Butter
1 TBS flour
1 cup chicken stock
½ cup cream
2 TBS white wine
Salt and pepper
Chopped chives

METHOD
1.      Melt the butter and garlic in a large frying pan; add the flour and stir well and remove from heat
2.      Gradually whisk in the chicken stock, and white wine; add salt and pepper and stir until you have a nice sauce
3.      Add the prawns and gently heat and cook and stir for 5 minutes until the prawns are cooked (pink)
4.      Serve with chopped chives
